Order Cancellation Policy

At CanadaGPS, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring efficient order processing. Please review our cancellation policy below:

 

1. Small Orders

(Order quantity < 5 units OR order amount < $2,000)

Before Shipment (Tracking Not Issued):

You may cancel your order free of charge. Please email us at info@canadagps.ca to request cancellation.

After Shipment (Tracking Issued):

Once a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer available. However, you may return the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

2. Large Orders

(Order quantity ≥ 5 units OR order amount ≥ $2,000)

Orders of this size typically involve factory production, backorders, dedicated inventory allocation, and non-refundable credit card processing fees. Therefore:

Order cancellation is not permitted once the order is placed.

We kindly ask that you carefully confirm your requirements before placing the order.
