Shipping Policy

 

Canada GPS endeavors to ship all packages out within next business days of purchase. From time to time. however, shortages of popular products may make it difficult to meet this goal. If this happens, you will be notified. 


Canada GPS ships via CanadaPost, USPS, Fedex, UPS & DHL. If you have special shipment request, please contact us at info@canadagps.ca in order to get shipping availability as well as costs and delivery times.



En route

We are not responsible for en route delays after orders have been shipped from us.


Wrong Addresses  

Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. Canada GPS is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Unclaimed  or Refuse Pickup

Should a parcel return to Canada GPS due to unclaim, Canada GPS will re-send the shipment to the correct address at the customer's expense. Canada GPS will contact the customer prior to re-sending the shipment to confirm the address and will not send the order until the shipping charges are fully paid. If the customer refuses the re-send, 15% restock fee & all the shipping cost happened to this matter will be charged to the customer.


Refuse shipment

If the customer refuses the shipment, we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

 

Customs and Import Responsibility Disclaimer

Please note that all international shipments are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. As per our standard shipping policy applicable to all customers, the buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be incurred during the import process.

In the event that a shipment is delayed, held, or rejected by the destination country’s customs authority, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any resulting fees, losses, or product return costs. CanadaGPS shall not be held liable for any issues or expenses arising from customs clearance procedures, regulatory non-compliance, or import restrictions.

We strongly recommend that buyers familiarize themselves with their local import regulations before placing an order.
