Q: Can I talk to someone & negotiate a volume discount price?
A: Most of our customers are business buyers. To simplify the wholesale process, we standardized our wholesale discount by tiers. Please apply the corresponding discount code when checking out.
Q: I want to place my wholesale order online, but where to input the discount code?
A: In the payment page of the checkout process, you will see "Discount code" input box. Below is the screenshot indicating where to input the discount code.
Q: If my organization needs a formal quotation or Performa Invoice, where I can get it?
A: Please email to corp-sales@canadagps.ca . Our Corporate Sales managers will reply you within 1-2 business hours.
Q: Do you accept credit application?
A: No, we require receiving payment before releasing shipment. This is a no exception policy.
Q: What type of payment method do you accept in the www.canadagps.ca online shop?
A: We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Diners Club. Other than credit cards, we also accept Google Pay and Shopify Shop Pay.
Q: If I have to pay via bank transfer or other payment methods, what I can do?
A: Please email to corp-sales@canadagps.ca . Our sales manager will reply you in a few hours.
Q: Do you provide warranty?
A: Yes, we provide 1 year warranty for all our GPS products.
Q: What Shipping method will you use? How long does it take to arrive.
A: Our default shipping method is CanadaPost Expedited.
If you prefer to use your own shipping provider, please let us know the account number of your courier company. We can ship via UPS, DHL, Fedex & Purolator.
