M20 RTK GNSS Module is an automotive-grade positioning chip that's very precise and reliable. It's built using a 22nm process, which makes it very efficient. This chip is great for things like self-driving cars, driver assistance systems, drones, smart robots, farming, and making maps because it's really accurate at measuring and navigating.

What's special about the M20 is that it's designed to work well even in tough situations. It can handle problems like satellite signal interference, so it keeps working smoothly all the time. Plus, it's small, doesn't use a lot of power, and packs a lot of features into a tiny space.

This module is based on Bynav owned  intellectual property of technologies. It has a compact 54-pin design and includes three main parts: a high-precision measurement engine, a navigation engine, and a safety engine. 

M20 is made to handle tough conditions like shocks, vibrations, and extreme temperatures. It meets many international standards for safety, quality, and environmental friendliness.  The safety part meets ASIL B standards, which means it's really safe and reliable. It also supports the German TÜV ISO26262 for functional safety, IATF16949 for quality management, ISO21434, AEC-Q100, AEC-Q104, as well as CE, FCC, RoHS, and SGS standards.
